[image-1] I barely "grok" the ins and outs of Twitter myself but I do know that the site relies on three dynamics: You follow people. People follow you. You write frequent short updates to keep the chatter going.

But it must be asked: Why does Rush Limbaugh ostensibly have two authentic Twitter accounts (along with several obvious fakes) where he persists in being a twit? At the time of this posting, one account (limbaugh) had 20,250 followers, offered no updates, and was labeled "The Only Genuine Rush Limbaugh Twitter Feed." On this site, he follows no one.

Another account (Rush__Limbaugh—note the double underscore) also claims to be "The Only Genuine Rush Limbaugh Twitter Feed" and has updates which appear to be written by Limbaugh himself (or a clone). This one boasts a mere 293 followers. Oddly, here he follows one (1) person who goes by the handle "daisyclara."

Assuming that either or both accounts are valid, even in the ever-personable world of Twitterland, it's obvious the arrogant windbag listens to no one save the sound of his own twitterings ... (oh, and DaisyClara's). Tweet Limbaugh off Twitter!
