If you haven't yet checked out City Weekly contributor Brian Staker's podcast The Awkward Hour, pop your listening cherry tonight when guest Mariah Mellus, marketing and community development for the Salt Lake Video Center, joins him in the "studio" for one hell of an awkward and informative discussion centered on "What's On Your Plate?" a documentary in which two students/sisters investigate where our food comes from, what's in it and what it's doing to us. Says Staker, "It happens to be screening at Fort Douglas the same time as my show. How awkward is that?"
Hilarity and fascinating factoids will ensue.
