Caymus is coming!

Louis Koppel, the talented sommelier at Spencer's for Steaks & Chops dropped me a note saying that there are a few more seats still available for next week's Caymus wine dinner at Spencer's. The dinner takes place on June 11 and will feature a special guest chef: Fresco's Billy Sotelo. Among the wines being poured will be Conundrum, Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay, Belle Glos Pinot Noir, Caymus Caberent and Mer Soleil Late Harvest. The cost for the Caymus wine dinner is $120 per person. Spencer's is located in the downtown Salt Lake Hilton Hotel at 255 S. West Temple. Phone 801-238-4748 for reservations.
