Mucho Nachos

As Craig Ferguson would say, it's a great day in America! Today is National Nachos Day. Woot! Woot! --- I've heard that nachos originated at a restaurant in Piedras Negras, Mexico -- just across the border from Texas. However, with the exception of restaurants catering to American tourists, I've never actually seen nachos in Mexico. So, maybe they're an American invention. Wherever they're from, who can resist, gooey, cheesy nachos? My favorite nachos are at the Goldminer's Daughter bar up at Alta. How about yours?
