The missus came home from
Liberty Heights Fresh the other night with an AWESOME cheese I hadn't tried before. It would make a terrific addition to any holiday get together. --- It's a sheep's milk cheese from Friesland in The Netherlands with the clever name Ewephoria Gouda. If you've only ever tasted the crappy gouda wrapped in red from the supermarket, this gouda will rock your world. Aged for 8-12 months Ewephoria Gouda is mild and buttery with a subtle nutty flavor. It would be sensational melted on spuds as a substitute for Raclette. It's $17.99 per pound at LHF.
