American Dad Jerking a Horse: Offensive? Naaay!

Woot! It's the first Parents Television Council complaint of the New Year (at least the first I've noticed): The watchdog group is all over Sunday's broadcast of Fox's American Dad, which featured a scene of peripheral horse masturbation. But they had no problem with the Rapture episode a few weeks ago? ---
Says the PTC's Tim Winter, likely through a veil of tears, "A broadcast television network aired an animated program on a Sunday evening when children were in the audience, and the program featured a man masturbating a horse. Up until now, I never imagined that those exact words could ever be spoken in that particular order. But sadly, here we are. The fact that this material even made it to air demonstrates the network’s contempt for families."
Come on--American Dad is all about family. Stan's even accepted a drunk alien and a Nazi fish into his fold. Here's the scene; watch out for the money shot:
