Got a Sundance movie on your Friday night agenda? You've certainly got quite a few good ones to choose from at SLC theaters. ---

The early slot includes a pair of intriguing biographical documentaries in Jean-Michel Basquiat: The Radiant Child and Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work. Davis Guggenheim's education-themed documentary Waiting for Superman headlines the 9 p.m. options, though 3 Backyards could be a great choice for those who don't mind their drama with a short-story flavor. But night-owls might have the best pick, with the midnight showing of the Argentine psychological drama The Man Next Door. And as always, if you've got your own recommendations, let us know.
