If you’re looking to give your green thumb a workout but don’t have much by way of yard space to exercise it, check out the Sharing Backyards map of Salt Lake City.---
The interactive map shows would-be urban farmers a listing of spots in the city where cooperating participants have extra yard space they’re willing to lend out for growing. The idea is part of a national trend that seeks to show that city slickers with a yen to grow their own vegetable sand produce might not have much space in their backyards but they got acres between them if they join together.
