Chefs will be working with local refugee gourmands to offer unique fusion dishes at participating restaurants all this week with proceeds going to benefit the Utah Refugee Coalition.---
With influences coming from Iraq, Sudan, Bhutan, Burma and Somalia you can enjoy some tasty authentic fare and help provide support to the more than 30,00 refugees that call Utah home.
