Suit Up for Mars

Former City Weekly intern Dan Fletcher has moved to the Big Apple, now working for Vice magazine. Vice's science site, Motherboard.tv, just released a mini-documentary on the privately owned Mars Desert Research Station --- located on the San Rafael Swell near Hanksville. These folks hope to one day be the ones to colonize Mars and are practicing 24/7 wearing spacesuits and living in a remote "hab" environment watching their water consumption while living off Bisquick pancakes and ghee. (Apparently, no Star Trek replicators)
