Italian Wine Tasting at Fresco

This Thursday, Sept. 30, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, owner Mikel Trapp and his staff at Fresco Italian Cafe will host a wine tasting spotlighting the wines of Southern Italy --- Leading the tasting will be Chris Zimmerman, an Italian wine expert from Vias Imports. Chris has been in the Italian wine business for more than 25 years and is a frequent speaker at the Aspen, Monterey, and Telluride Food and Wine Festivals.
An array of hors d’oeuvres paired with the featured wines will be prepared by Fresco’s executive chefs and passed throughout the event. Caputo’s cheeses, meats, and other local products will be featured.
The cost for the event is $54 per person ($30 wine/$24 hors d'oeuvres) plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited and advance reservations are required. To reserve a spot, call 801-944-8746 x11 or email alex@triodining.com.
