The Best Damned Turkey Recipe Ever!

Many years ago I shared my favorite Thanksgiving (or, anytime) turkey recipe with City Weekly readers. It was a huge hit and I get requests for it during the holidays every year. --- It's actually a combination of a trio of my favorite recipes, all wrapped up in one. It takes a bit of advance preparation -- there's overnight brining involved, for example. But the results are phenomenal. This really is the best damned turkey recipe I've ever tried.
