Kiler Grove Winery, Salt Lake City's first urban winery, will team up with Metropolitan restaurant for a special Meet the Winemaker dinner this Wednesday, June 22, at the Metropolitan. --- Winemaker Michael Knight and Metro's Karen Olson will be on hand to discuss the wines and wine pairings.
Kiler Grove produces handcrafted, single-estate wines made from Paso Robles grapes. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a 5-course dinner at 7. The cost is $45 per person for dinner and $30 for the optional wine pairings. The dinner menu is as follows:
