Monday Meal: Ted Talks Thanksgiving Turkey

Many years ago, I shared my favorite, most successful Thanksgiving-turkey recipe with City Weekly readers. Ever since then, I've gotten many requests for the recipe each year as Turkey Day approaches. --- And so, once again, I share this can't-fail recipe with you, accompanied, as well, by a wine-soaked how-to video.
The feedback I've gotten on this turkey recipe and technique has been incredibly rewarding. I've had many people say that my recipe provided the best holiday turkey they'd ever cooked. I hope you'll try it and that it works as well for you.
