Dear GYA, Have you considered going to see Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance starring Nicolas Cage? People have been telling me it’s really, really good. Boy, I love that Nicolas Cage guy. I think he should win an Oscar or a Pulitzer or something. Anyways, if you’re not doing anything today, go see that movie. It rules. –Nicolas Cage, Sandy---

Uh, Nick, I think I’m just going to wait till it’s on TNT four times a day. But since you’re in town, you should know that there’s plenty to do besides the movies. For example, go check out the Windows Into The Modern And Mythic West Exhibit at the J Go Gallery in Park City. It’s going on all day and features work from contemporary oil painter Sherri Belassen. Best of all, it’s free!

Later tonight, you should pick between one of the 4 karaoke options available. There’s karaoke at Lumpy’s Downtown, Lumpy’s on Highland, Karaoke Entourage at Oscars and Karaoke That Doesn’t Suck at the Woodshed. I'd go to all four.

Or if you’re lookin’ to mingle, you should head over to Amber May Speed Dating at Kristauf’s Martini Bar. You get five minutes with each “date” to decide whether or not they’re worthy of breakfast the next morning. It starts at 7:30 p.m. but show up early for sign-ups.

Other stuff besides a Nicholas Cage movie:

- Spy Hop Productions: Sonic Squeeze at the Utah Museum of Contemporary Art

- Free screenings of Justified & American Horror Stories at Brewvies

- Geeks Who Drink trivia at Maggies McGee's
