There's a little bit of hip-hop, a little bit of sobered-up crooning and some mightily anticipated indie dance tracks in today's mix.---

Today’s must-have album comes from the isolated hip-hop world of Seattle. Sub Pop signees THEESatisfaction have been cooking up the potent, 30-minute tantalizing brew awE naturalE. The duo has a few mixtapes under their skirts, but this little gem is well worth the wait, as it offers something different from the current West Coast-rap paradigm of Odd Future and the like. Give it a listen -- I guarantee you’ll like it.

Another option for Tuesday’s hip-hop artist’s offerings, Bay Area lyrical genius Gift of Gab (Blackalicious) drops Next Logical Progression, which offers his speedy prose and that signature West Coast indie-rap sound and a few very special guests, to boot.

Probably the most anticipated album of the week, Happy to You, comes from producer powerhouse Miike Snow. This threesome dropped the eponymous self-titled debut in 2009 and quickly ascended the indie-electro ladder. Happy to You demonstrates the finely crafted sounds and the infectious hooks that can only come from from industry gurus who might as well be music psychologists.

Justin Townes Earle offers his latest, Nothing’s Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now, which might be the longest album title so far of the year (but look out for Fionna Apple’s latest). I haven’t had a chance to listen yet, but City Weekly contributor Dan Nailen reviewed it and loved the thing.

Other notable releases: Caveman release CoCo Beware on Fat Possum. Races release Year of the Witch. They are on tour to support and will be play Kilby Court on April 5.
