New Girl (Fox) I’ve been back-and-forth on New Girl all season: Quirky doesn’t necessarily mean funny, and most weeks Zooey Deschanel & Co. don’t manage to get either right. ---Last week’s “Mr. Fancyman” (with guest star Dermot Mulroney as the titular moneybags mister), however, was solid comedy gold—so it’s reasonable to expect no suckage from “Mr. Fancyman Pt. 2” tonight. Jess’ (Deschanel) track record with guys dictates that Fancyman won’t be around for long—do they not like waking up next to her halo of bluebirds?—but it’s cool: This show is all about Schmidt (Max Greenfield) now, anyway.
Ringer (The CW) Not only is Ringer still on(!), but tonight’s episode is called “Let’s Kill Bridget,” suggesting the death of the stripper-junkie twin (Sarah Michelle Gellar), not high-society twin Siobhan (Sarah Michelle Gellar). If anyone should get killed on this show, it’s … well, everybody. Don’t save it for the season finale, CW, bring it.
Justified & American Horror Story (FX) As we near the season finales, shit is getting real in Harlan County and the Murder House, respectively—come enjoy the action on the big screen at Brewvies (677 South 200 West; 21+) tonight at 8 p.m. with a beer, or five.
Also new tonight:
