B4 You Board

It's no secret that airline companies in the U.S. have all but abandoned in-flight meals, except for those flying in first class. So, it's smart to grab some grub at the airport before you board. --- A new mobile app -- called B4 YOU BOARD -- is now available at Salt Lake City International Airport, and allows travelers to browse menus, pre-order meals via their smartphone and have the meal delivered to their gate while they await their flight.
Initially, B4 YOU BOARD will offer menu items from HMSHost's Greek Souvlaki in Terminal 2, including the classic Greek salad, veggie gyro, pita sandwich and chicken & pork souvlaki plate.
B4 YOU BOARD will soon be expanding to include additional restaurants. The app is free and available for the iPhone from the Apple App Store and for select Android phones from the Google Play Market.
"Travelers love B4 YOU BOARD because they can order a meal even if they're stuck in the security line," says HMSHost V.P .of Business Development Joseph Waller. "With this app, they now have the power to place an order for delivery at their gate, or pickup in just 20 minutes."
