Mark your social calendar for Thursday, August 23. That's when Scott Evans' Finca restaurant will host Oscar Quevedo of Portugal's Quevedo Oporto for a evening of Port tastings, along with some dry still wines. ---
On tap is a tasting of four Ports: Rose Port, Ruby Port, Reserva Tawny Port, and LBV (Late Bottled Vintage) 2003 Port. In addition, two dry still wines will be poured: Oscar's White 2011 and Oscar's Red 2008.
Finca tapas will be served throughout the tasting, which takes place from 6 to 8 p.m..
The cost for the tapas and wine tasting is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
