Dear GYA, I can't believe they dd me like that. I ain't talkin' about getting cut from the Miami Dolphins a couple of weeks ago. I'm talkin' about not being in Madden 2013. Damn, man, how they gonna leave out Ochocinco?--- I turn on the game and the next thing I know I had to create myself like an everyday average NFL fan. It's humiliating. Anything happening tonight where people are gonna recognize number 85. - Chad Johnson

Chad, you understand that you have to play in the NFL to be in a Madden football game, right? Look on the bright side -- now you can actually make yourself a decent player. Here's what's going down tonight...

"The chosen one/from the land of the frozen sun," Common will be performing at the Twilight Concert Series. Common's newest album The Dreamer/The Believer is one of his best and is produced by longtime friend and producer No I.D., the man behind 1994's Resurrection. R&B young buck Aloe Blacc starts things off. The show starts at 7 p.m.

Americana rocker Jason Isbell & The 400 Units will be at Newpark Town Center this evening. The former singer and guitarist for Drive By Truckers, Isbell's solo efforts have adopted a  gritty country twang with candid story telling. His show this past January at the State Room sold out. The doors open at 6 p.m.

Frank McEntire's The God Particle Exhibit will be on display at David Ericson Fine Art. The potential discovery of the Higgs boson this year has inspired new interest in science and even art. This installation is dedicated to the infamous "God Damn Particle." For some pieces, McEntire took old science-lab equipment from high schools to create something new and inspiring. The exhibit is going on all day.

A few more worthwhile events happening tonight:

- For some college football action, The BYU Cougars will be taking on the Washington State Cougars in Provo. Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m.

- Also, more football as the Utes will be hosting the Northern Colorado Bears. Kickoff is at 5:15 p.m.

- The award-winning sketch-comedy group, Laughing Matters will be at Comedy Sportz tonight at 8 p.m.
