Wine Wednesday: Italian Style @ Meditrina

During the week of Nov. 12-17, Meditrina Small Plates & Wine Bar will be celebrating its fourth anniversary. According to co-owner Jen Gilroy, the focal point of the anniversary celebration will be the monthly wine social, --- held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
The theme of the wine social will be "Anniversary, Italian Syle," featuring Italian food-and-wine pairings priced at a mere $10 for food and $10 for wine.
Three imported Italian wines will be matched with three light Italian-fusion food pairings, and the importer of the wines will be on hand to discuss them.
The wines being poured are Maculan "Pino & Toi" from Veneto, La Carraia Sangiovese from Umbria, and Valle Reale Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.
This event is sure to sell out, so make reservations by calling 801-485-2055.
