New Doctor Fined and Disciplined by State Regulators

In November, Dr. Max Gorishek Morgan of Price was fined $500 by state regulators for questionable prescribing practices and given a public reprimand. Morgan was also added to City Weekly’s database of doctors who have been disciplined in the state.---
Morgan was also given a cease-and-desist order for his unprofessional behavior by the Utah Division of Occupation and Professional Licensing, the agency that dinged his license on Nov. 15, 2012.
