Doc Disciplined for Having Sexual Relationship with Patient

The Utah Division of Occupational and Professional licensing disciplined a Utah County doctor for having a sexual relationship with a patient in December 2012.---
Dennis Michael Concoby was disciplined in January by state regulators and had his licenses to practice medicine and to administer controlled substances placed under probation for three years as a result of his 2012 dalliance with a patient.
