Wine Wednesday: Sun & Moon Plus TWODOG Wine

This Friday, June 21st, the Sun & Moon Cafe, in Emigration Canyon, will celebrate the Summer Solstice with a wine-pairing party. ---
The event will feature Utah's own TWODOG winery, along with dinner and live music provided by Danny Smith (from Building with Legs) and Alexis Rausch.
The wine tasting is $15 and will feature four TWODOG wines: Proprietary White Blend, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Padilla-Erickson "El Jefe" Rhone-style blend.
Dinner (required with the wine tasting) is $17 and includes chorizo-burger sliders with ancho chile aioli; grilled citrus chile pepper shrimp; bacon-wrapped fresh dates stuffed with blue cheese and served with a pomegranate-honey reduction; and black pepper-seared beef tenderloin with bourbon demi-glace.
