For the past two decades or so, Salt Lake City has had an identity crisis when it comes to coffee. --- Yes, I know what I'm writing will be taken as heresy by hundreds, but there's a good amount of proof that some patrons don't care about the quality of the coffee they're drinking, and that searching out a cup seems to be more of a lifestyle trend.
