North Salt Lakers are hoping to remind folks in Salt Lake City that they, too, are downwind of the Stericycle Medical Waste Incinerator, which on Sept. 7 belched up an emergency-bypass emission of pollutants into the neighborhood.
Smithsonian Magazine continues its annual tradition of offering free museum admissions nationwide, and several Utah locations are among your options. Saturday, Sept. 28 is this year's Free Museum Day, with participating locations offering free admission to one visitor plus a guest for each ticket downloaded from the Smithsonian Magazine website.
