Hello to all you body-checking, gift-snatching, toy-destroying, plasma-carrying, guard-shoving, Black-Friday morons ... er, I mean, enthusiasts! --- With any luck, many of you have stopped trying to kill each other over the 80% off deals on items marked up way beyond what they would cost even if made in America, and have started plunking money into the local economy with Utah businesses over the weekend.
In the middle of gorging on food and fighting for game systems, I hope everyone made room for some local music, as we exit November and head into the last month of 2013 releases.
While the console wars will start to rage on in the next few months, very little has changed for those making the games to begin with, beyond having new systems to play with and upgrade their performance to. --- The true fact is that even after Xbox One and PS4 hit the market and strive for dominance during the holidays, game developers will still be working their asses off to create unique games that will drive people to have fun, no matter what they're playing it on.

Next Wednesday, Dec. 4, Martine Cafe will host a unique wine dinner featuring the foods and wines of Italy's Sardinia region. The wines being featured are from Argiolas Estate, a family-owned winery that utilizes only grapes native to the island of Sardinia.
