Monday Meal: Ted Talks Turkey

Back in 1999, I shared my favorite, most successful Thanksgiving-turkey recipe with City Weekly readers. --- Ever since then, I've gotten many requests for the recipe each year as Turkey Day approaches. And so, once again, I share this can't-fail recipe with you, accompanied, as well, by a wine-soaked how-to video.
The feedback I've gotten on this turkey recipe and technique has been incredibly rewarding. I've had many people say that my recipe provided the best holiday turkey they'd ever cooked.
