Dear GYA, Today marks the first time in our nation's history that a major corporation has taken the time and effort to recognize traditional Waffle Taco cuisine. Personally, I love ethnic food and this new breakfast menu item is a testament to the noble Waffle Taco tribes that used to roam these lands,--- surviving off of a simple combination of waffle, sausage and a cheesy egg-like substance.
Tonight on TLC's Hoarding: Buried Alive, the reality show where viewers can gawk at others living in their own filth, we get the pleasure of watching three local, extremely thrifty brothers battle for the right to remain living beside an indoor tundra of trash and it's merciful cockroach overlords.--- The episode, which is appropriately entitled, "The Stench is Amazing," finds TLC producers reveling in morbid curiosity, as they follow around Salt Lake City identical twins, Orin and Lorrin and their younger sibling Roy, all of whom are impulsive hoarders who've have spent the last 22 years scavenging for "I could probably use that" items from around their neighborhood.
Closing up the #SeasonOfEric, Plan-B Theatre Company is presenting the final world premier of the season with Eric Samuelsen's 3. --- The show is comprised of three short plays--all using the same cast of talented actresses taking on multiple roles--about Mormon women confronting their own culture through different aspects and hardships.

Winter is officially gone, even though we know better, so this past Gallery Stroll was a breezy jaunt through as many galleries as your chapstick could hold against. --- This month we visit Nostalgia Cafe on 100 South, not your average place to visit on Stroll, but a damn fine coffeehouse with some good grub and a home-like décor that makes many in the city want to play Dungeons & Dragons and read comics while waiting for their tea.
Neon Trees lead singer, Tyler Glenn, recently disclosed his sexual orientation after a lifetime of living as a closeted gay Mormon in this week's issue of Rolling Stone: "I had my crushes on guys throughout high school, but it was never an overwhelming thing until my 20s," Glenn says.
