Dear GYA, Let's all take a deep breath and consider that perhaps James Franco wasn't trying to hit on that teenage girl via Instagram, maybe he was just promoting his new movie, one where he plays a creepy old guy that hits on underage girls. Haha, classic Franco, sacrificing his reputation for the ultimate "gotcha moment!"--- Anything happening tonight better than getting hit on by James Franco? - Roman Polanski
Roman, though your theory holds some weight, I'm gonna go with the fact that Franco is just a creepy old dude, regardless of his next film. Here's what's up for tonight:
The Salt Lake Bees will be taking on the Sacramento River Cats tonight at Smith's Ballpark. The game starts at 6:30. Tickets start at $5.
Bay Area rapper Gift of Gab will be at Lo-Fi Cafe this evening. LandOn Wordswell, Task1ne, Mostafa, C-Legz, Drumatic, Black Lion and Dine Krew are also performing. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10.
Experimental folk band Blitzen Trapper will be at The State Room. The Weekenders are also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $27.
