Dear GYA, Oh look, Stephen Hawking says artificial intelligence could be "our worst mistake in history." Why don't you stick to your little black holes and gravity worms, or whatever the hell you do over there in academia, nerd. If you even try to cockblock fembots from happening I will event horizon all over your face. Anything happening today less stupid than Stephen Hawking? - Greg Skack, Sugar House---

Greg, Stephen does have a point, if we've learned anything from Professor Fink of The Simpson's all robots will eventually turn on their masters, and "run amok in an orgy of blood and the kicking and the biting with the metal teeth and the hurting and shoving." Here's what's happening today:

San Diego-based rock band Augustana will be at Urban Lounge this evening. Twin Forks is also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15. 

Stoner rock band Fu Manchu will be performing at In The Venue tonight. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15.  

Singer/songwriter Dana Falconberry will be on stage Bar Deluxe. Strong Words, Annie Girl and David Williams will warm it up. The show start at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5.
