Wine Wednesday: Cancer Awareness Wine Social

I really love Rose wines and they are perfect for springtime sipping. And, what better way to enjoy pink wine than to help benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation? ---
As I'm sure you know, Susan G. Komen is the largest breast cancer awareness and resource organization in the United States. On Tuesday, May 13, the monthly Meditrina wine social will feature pink wines - low-production, boutique Roses - paired with hearty foods and with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Susan G. Komen Utah.
"If you think you don't like Roses, I challenge you to taste these!" said Meditrina owner Jen Gilroy.
The event will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and seating is limited, so RSVP as soon as possible.
The cost per person is $25 for the wine and $20 for the food pairings. Phone 801-485-2055 for reservations.
