- The monthly Salt Lake Bike Party will be meeting up at the City & County Building tonight at 6 p.m. Riding is free!
- Metal legends Slayer will be at The Great Saltair this evening. The doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets start at $27.50.
- The Salt Lake Bees will be taking on the Las Vegas 51's tonight at Smith's Ballpark. The game starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets start at $5.
- Hip-hop duo OCD: Moosh & Twist will be at Kilby Court. Jared Evan and Better Taste Bureau will open things up. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12.
- Stand-up comedians Kevin Heffernan and Steve Lemme from Broken Lizard (Super Troopers, Beerfest, Slammin' Salmon) will be at Wiseguys West Valley tonight. There's two shows, one at 7:30 p.m. and another at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 (There's also a Saturday show).
- Seattle-based band The Cave Singers will be at Urban Lounge this evening. North Valley will warm it up. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $12.
Saturday's events:
- Local indie band King Niko will be at Velour Music Gallery tonight. St. Charles is also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5.
- Famous Relatives will be at Urban Lounge tonight. Conquer Monster amd Mkaio are also performing. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5.
- For some Ultra Championship Wrestling head over to UCW Zero Arena at 6 p.m.
- Singer/songwriter Patrick Park will be at Kilby Court. Statur will open up. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $6.
- Legendary emcee Rappin4Tay will be at The Complex tonight. Spice One is also on the bill. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20.
Sunday's events:
- It's Funk and Soul Night at Bourbon House tonight with DJ Street Jesus. Music starts at 9 p.m. There's no cover.
- The Pretend Sweethearts will be at The Garage On Beck this evening. Jordan Young is also on the bill. The show starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free!
