Two Southern Utah Docs Disciplined by State Regulators

According to the latest disciplinary report from the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing two Utah doctors were recently disciplined, one for having a sexual relationship with a patient.
Moab Doctor Ray Allan Andrew had his license publicly reprimanded by the Utah's DOPL recently, for what was only described as "unprofessional conduct in his medical practice." Meanwhile St. George Doctor David R. Kramer had his license to practice as a physician and to administer and prescribe controlled substances revoked and placed on probation for having a sexual relationship with a patient, while he was treating her and afterwards.
