TV Tonight: Escaping Polygamy … Sigh

What’s new on the tube tonight:
Escaping Polygamy (LMN) Series Debut: Blurg. Because, after all these years working at this publication, I have no fucks left to give about polygamy, here’s the Lifetime Movie Network synopsis: “Escaping Polygamy, a new original documentary series that follows the work of three sisters who left the Kingston clan, a secretive polygamist group based in Salt Lake City, Utah known as the Order, as they help both loved ones and strangers break free of polygamy. Six hour-long episodes are set to premiere beginning Tuesday, July 14. The series follows three sisters—Andrea, Jessica and Shannell—who, over 10 years ago, bravely escaped polygamy. Now, their mission in life is to help other young men, women and children escape the abusive polygamous lifestyle into which they were born and raised, and manage their new lives on the outside.” And City Weekly’s Stephen Dark weighed in on Escaping Polygamy a few weeks ago, so my work is done, soon as I drop this video … right … here …
