Tickets for the Broadway hit
The Book of Mormon were sold out quickly when they first went on sale in the spring. But if you don't have yours yet, you still have a shot at seeing the show.
The Broadway in Utah touring production—which opens July 28—will feature a ticket lottery prior to each performance. Those who wish to enter will need to be at the Capitol Theatre box office at least 2-1/2 hours prior to curtain time, and specify whether they are requesting one or two tickets. All entries will be placed in a random drawing, which will be held 2 hours before curtain time. Winners must be present at the time of drawing, must show a valid ID to indicate they are the winner, and will only be able to pay cash for the $26-per-seat tickets. And
no cheating; only one entry is permitted per person per show, and all entries will be reviewed to make sure nobody has thrown submitted multiple entries.
Tickets are obviously limited, and there's no way of knowing how many winners will be drawn for each performance. You'll just need to come on down and take your chances.
