Hello to all you turkey-stuffing, leftover-planning, sleep-depriving, mall-rushing, gift-buying, what-the-hell-were-we-thinking enthusiasts! For many of you, the past two days have been a nonstop bullshit ride of family therapy and dealing with the insanity that is holiday shopping. At least that's what I
assume is happening to you; I'm writing this entry far in advance of Saturday, because I'm spending this entire holiday weekend ignoring as many annoying people and events as possible, with a dash of watching
Jessica Jones in moderation so I have time to let that show digest! There's also a good chance I'll be spending it getting drunk with some random friends and playing any number of party games like Cards Against Humanity (like the group below from the Watchtower Cafe), or billiards in some random Avenues home. But whatever the last two days brought you, please take the next two to rest up, because Christmas' War On Humanity has begun and it doesn't end until New Year's Eve.
Below are some helpful events for the next two weeks to keep your mind off less depressing things, helping you get out of the house and enjoy the winter for as much of it as you can. We'll be back to the blog on Monday with some new interviews and awesome things for you to read about. As always; we'll see what happens.
