Wine Wednesday: Locals Wine Dinner @ Fratelli

On Sunday, Sept. 18, Fratelli Ristorante in Sandy will host a "locals only" wine pairing dinner featuring wines from two locally owned (Utah) wineries: IG (Iron Gate) and Kiler Grove, along with locally produced menu items. 

Seatings are available from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 

The tentative dinner menu and wine pairings are as follows: 

• Spanish Style Bruschetta + IG Temperanillo

• Beet, Goat Cheese, Arugula Salad + Kiler Grove Rose

• Chicken Pesto Manicotti + IG Reserve Chardonnay

• Mixed Local Kabobs + IG Tempest Red Blend

• Chocolate Cake w/ Black Currant & Cherry Gelato + Kiler Grove Late Harvest Zinfandel


The per person cost for the locals only dinner is $35/food and $30/optional wine pairings. There will also be a full bar selection available at an additional cost.
