Pierre Vandamme hails originally from Bruges, Belgium, the waffle capital of the universe. But he brought Bruges, Belgium to Salt Lake City. So naturally, the waffles at his Bruges Waffles & Frites restaurant are authentically Belgian and authentically delicious.
