On June 12, a group of active Club Fed members were invited to Beehive Cheese Company in Uinta, Utah to tour the factory with owner Tim Welsh. The afternoon started off with appetizers from Ogden's Union Grill and samples of Beehive’s “Barely Buzzed” and “SeaHive” cheeses. Once Club Fed’s members had sampled Beehive's delicious cheeses, Tim took everyone into the factory to see where the magic happens. Highlights included the processing room where milk is made into cheese, a giant cooler where one can be completely be surrounded by cheese on all sides, and also a room where Beehive’s latest creations age to perfection.
