At Costa Vida you'll find an array of fast, wholesome items with a distinct south-of-the-border flare. The menu ranges from salads, tacos and enchiladas to quesadillas, nachos, burritos, desserts and side dishes. The shrimp and fish tacos are very popular, as is the tortilla salad, piled high with fresh-made cilantro-lime rice, black or pinto beans, a choice of sweet pork, shredded chicken/beef, steak, or raspberry chipotle chicken. It's finished with leafy greens, pico de gallo and a choice of spicy tomatillo ranch, cilantro vinaigrette, or sweet and spicy mango dressing.
