Yes, Hanamaru's nigiri, sushi rolls and sashimi draw many to this comfortable Ogden restaurant, but Japanese noodle fans will love the selection of undo and soba noodles, presented in many variations. Classic Japanese fare includes chicken and salmon teriyaki, breaded chicken and pork cutlets (katsu), grilled mackerel and salmon, hot pots and curry rice dishes. For dessert, order the mochi ice cream. In addition, Hanamaru also regularly offers cooking classes, every other Monday night.
