Betty Tasting Menu
According to owner/chef Jerry Garcia and sous chef Brent Whitford, Park City’s Chez Betty restaurant will be offering its popular “Chef’s Tasting Menu” all winter long this season, in addition to the regular a la carte menu. The tasting menu typically includes four courses for $48, plus $20 for optional wine pairings. The current menu includes butternut squash and smoky bacon risotto, wild mushrooms with brown rice and Morbier, porcini-crusted chicken breast with roasted shallot jus and a dessert of “dueling quenelles.” For reservations, call Chez Betty at 435-649-8181. The restaurant is open nightly for dinner, except Tuesdays.
